I received 1095-a in my wife's name. My daughter was included and is listed as a "Covered Individual" on line 17.
Do I show her as having received a 1095-a and enter the information from my 1095-a, or do I need to contact the marketplace (Please, don't make me call the marketplace again!!!) to request one in her name?
