I spend several hours on the phone with support on this. The only piece of information worth reporting is that upgrading to Home and Business makes no difference. I was escalated from the first level to a CPA, who spend about 1.5 hours on the phone with me. It took that long because the CPA was messaging with a higher level support who was handling several cases at once. The issue could not be resolved. She promised that they would look into it, and we made an appointment for Sun (2 days ago) at 2PM. She never called back. At this point, it seem like I have to start the whole process over, and ask for my money back. I tried to use TurboTax to save the cost of a CPA, but now I've spend at least 1 full day working on this, so very much not worth it. Would not recommend TT to anyone.
