@sbsnyder001 You send Form 8543 with a copy of the brokerage statement (1099-B) attached, showing the details of the transactions. The idea is that the brokerage statement contains all the details that would be on Form 8949 if you entered all the transactions separately on that form. But the whole point of this procedure is to avoid having to enter every transaction on Form 8949.
