If you have more than $4050 of reportable income she cannot claim you as a dependent. If you have less than that, she could possibly claim you, but this will probably not affect your return. (It would affect your return if you have earned income and are less than 65 years of age, because you'd lose earned income credit). Otherwise, there is no significant effect. You would file in TurboTax that someone did claim you.
