I pay $579/mo as "maintenance fee", but I know that the taxes paid in the year for my apt were $987. What should I write in turbotax? Do I submit the $529 per month in the Maintenance tab of the Real Estate section AND enter the 987 in the Real Estate Taxes? Or should I just enter the taxes or maintenance fee?
