@micannde Thank you this worked for me too.
- Go to Schwab.com and sign in
- Click the profile picture icon in the upper-right corner next to Logout
- Click "Security Center"
- Scroll down to "Third-Party Access to Account Information"
- Under OFX, select "Enable Third party access"
- Click "Save"
- Come back to Turbotax and it should import your documents now.
