I finished and filed my taxes yesterday. Previously, I have always received 2 confirmation emails, usually within about 10 minutes, one saying "State Return Accepted" and the other "Federal Return Accepted." This time, I never received those emails. Any idea why? Everything went smoothly when completing my return.
