I am having the same problem and a problem logging in from our other logon to the same account. With one of the accounts, receive the error
This import was unsuccessful or there are no brokerage tax forms available at this time. For more information visit vanguard.com/taxcenter.
Tax center shows the forms are available.
From our other account, I get the error message that the login failed, check username or password. Have tried this numerous times and it doesn't work. Worked last year.
The reason we bought the premier version was so I didn't have to type in all the data manually and potentially make mistakes.
