Did you find any other digits of the SEIN (State Employer Identification Number)?
I think it may be possible that it won’t accept simple all zeros or gibberish.
To clarify, LeonardS(https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/709918) said that your looking for the TIN (Tax Identification Number) which is tech correct, HOWEVER, that is the more general definition.
SPECIFICALLY, you are looking for the SEIN for box 15.
if nothing works, you have to call the Human Resources for your company your filing Taxes for and ask FOR BOX 15!!
ONLY AFTER YOU ENTER A REAL OFFICIAL SEIN MAY YOU THEN, experiment with zeros and gibberish.
