I've used Turbo Tax for years and purchased the CD each year. This year my return also got rejected 4 times. Although it was correct. I even paid $19.99 for the state return which I couldn't file because the Federal got rejected. Now I can't contact Turbo to get my money back for the state. I also had a friend to filed my return with same information and it was accepted the first time. So it must be something to do with Turbo Tax.
