To input your state
estimates into TurboTax, you need to go to the Federal Taxes tab
- Federal Taxes (Personal if
using TurboTax Self Employed or Home and Business version)
- Deductions & Credits
- You may need to click on Skip
to see all tax breaks
- Scroll down to Estimates and
Other Taxes Paid and click Show More
- Estimates
- Start or Revisit
On the screen Estimated Taxes, you will see the option State estimated taxes for 2016
When you click on
start you can input your state estimated payments.
