I am sorry you are having this trouble, typically it takes 24-48 hours for your return to go from the Pending Status to the Accepted Status with the IRS. Once it has been accepted it takes another 21 days approximately for your refund to be deposited into your account. TurboTax does not control this process, rather it is controlled by the government.
You can check the fees that were charged to you by TurboTax by following these steps:
- While in your Tax Home,
- Scroll down to Tax Tools,
- Select Tools,
- Select My Fees.
You can check your filing status when you log into your TurboTax Online account, your filing status should be displayed on your homepage. You can also use our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status.
You can also check your refund status directly through the IRS using these links: Where’s My Refund on IRS.gov or the IRS mobile app, IRS2Go to check your status.
