Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Having the same issue for me and my wife.  I've created an app password but still getting a message that there is no data to import.  Betterment support says it's an Intuit issue.

We've heard similar reports about this issue from customers using the desktop version of Turbo Tax, and are currently working diligently with Intuit to get this issue solved. For now, according to Intuit, customers should take the following troubleshooting steps before contacting their support:

1. Temporarily disable any firewall, spyware blockers, or virus protection on your computer;
2. Clear the cache and history from your web browser.
3. Restart your computer, then try importing your tax forms again.

We've heard from a few customers that signing into the online version of Turbotax Premier, transferring your Betterment tax forms there, saving the tax return file and opening it in the Desktop version (with all the data added) will work. However, these aren't official troubleshooting steps from TurboTax.

I've already done a significant portion of my return on the computer.  Does anyone know if you do it online and import into the thick client if you're required to start over or if it will import as a TXF file?
