Hi. My employer integrated the PFL into W2 to make things simple, so we didn't receive 1099G nor W2 from insurance company. The year-end pay stubs have the exact details of PFL amount, but nothing shown on W2.

 

Should I check or not check the box "I eared all or part of this income as paid family leave"?, is there a place where I can specify the exact amount as paid family leave.
