• Select Other Tax Situations,

• Scroll down to Additional Tax Payments
• Click start/edit next to Underpayment Penalties 
• Select Yes To do you want to review the Estimated tax topic,
• Continue through the questions, you will be prompted for you 2018 AGI once again.
