Ok so one more question. I was told by hnr that I won't get in trouble for filing again. Even though I already filed. So that's what I did. And state was efiled. Question is will I be in trouble with irs for submitting another return for the same year with all the same info and same refund amount? I was approved for federal and get my deposit this coming Wednesday. Will they just throw away my second it's return?
