I am sorry you are having trouble. Since you have already filed your returns you may need to file an amended return.
First, check your return to see if it accurate, here is how:
- While in your Tax Home,
- Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen,
- Select Tools,
- Select View Tax Summary,
- Select Preview my State Return on the left hand side of your screen.
