File tab is stuck at Payment menu for Audit Defense which I don't want; I just want t efile my taxes.
How do I get past the screen when the only option out is to pay for it. What am I missing here?
I have two state returns to file. If I don't get a solutions soon, I am going to save me the $40 processing fee and mail in the State returns as it is apparent this is an ongoing issue.

I have been on the phone with turbo tax for 2 hours no solution yet
Try clearing cache and deleting cookies and possibly try a different browser altogether.
