That's deceptive marketing as back of CD package says you can import last year's TurboTax data. Good customer service should allow the easy download of .tax "data" from online to hard drive to use in CD software. If Intuit doesn't want to maximize customer service, then at the very least, clearly state on the CD package that previous year's online data is NOT accessible in the CD version, requiring user to retype all information!!! There's no reason to tick customers off other than to charge more for the online even though it costs more to produce and distribute the CD through retail channels. On top of it, Intuit doesn't even all for feedback in their surveys or have a way to email them with complaints. Very frustrated!!!!!!!
