You should use your current mailing address.  I'm not sure if there is a place for the spouse to have a different mailing address.  Even if there is, the IRS will consider the address to be the first-named taxpayer (the top line on a paper return).  That's where the IRS will send any mail related to the this tax return.  While joint filing is usually better financially, the second or bottom named spouse may be at a disadvantage since they won't get mail related to any problems.
