Review that these forms are not needed. Then, try deleting the forms from your return:
- Under Tax Tools, choose Tools
- Choose Delete a Form
- Scroll through your return until you find Form 2439 or 8885, click Delete to the right of the form
- Confirm that you wish to delete the form
Form 2439 is used to provide shareholders of a regulated investment company (RIC) or a real estate investment trust (REIT) the amount of undistributed long-term capital gains. Check any 1099-DIV for amounts in box 5. Or any Schedule K-1 for associated transactions.
Form 8885 is used to determine the amount, if any, of your health coverage tax credit.
