I am sorry you are having trouble scheduling your "Line by Line" review. I used to perform those here at TurboTax, so I know you have to contact a live agent to schedule it.

 

It looks like you completed your return and saw the options to have an online review (Talk Live) or to submit a question for an "offline" review. You do want to select the online review option to speak with a representative.

 

You are correct, if you spoke with an EA he or she should have given you the option to have a line by line review of your tax return. I suspect what happened is it is early in the tax season and the agent you spoke with might not be familiar with the line by line review procedures as they are not that common yet. 

 

I urge to try again and make it clear that you want a line by line review and the agent should be able to assist you.
