Yes, you can delete one of your W-2s. To do so in TurboTax Online, while logged in to your return:
- Click on "Search"
- Type in "W-2"
- Click on "Jump to w2"
- Next to the W-2 you want to delete, click on the "trash can" icon next to the Edit button
