Hello,
My wife and I own an investment property for rental (we don't have a separate business for it). We have got 1099-misc from our property management company, with numbers in box1 and box3. The amount in box3 is rental deposit deduction for repair after move-out.
Should I report this 1099-misc in business or personal section of TT?
