Hi,
I have to paper-file my federal return because I'm claiming US/China tax treaty exemption and need to mail a 8833 form (which is not supported in the e-filing system of TurboTax). Now I can't find a way to file my NY state return. The NY state requires e-filing but TurboTax does not allow e-filing state return when federal return is paper-filed. What should I do? Thanks!
