Yes, you can use TurboTax Deluxe to deduct your VA Funding Fee.
To enter your VA Funding Fee into TurboTax:
Type in pmi in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass
Click the jump to pmi link in the search results.
Follow the onscreen instructions to enter
