I see customer support is as helpful as usual.
The worksheet printed for filing my return, too. I say, this is an error, which hopefully they'll fix one day, along with the erroneous reference to line 10.
This worksheet does not have an "Attachment Sequence Number", so I'm taking the position it doesn't get included with the return.
