Can you post instructions? I’m in the same situation, but the company will not send me a 1099misc and now they won’t respond to me. It was a cash prize and I know the amount. I found a other income spot to put it on TurboTax and it allows you to add a description of the income but it says not to add anything that’s on a 1099misc.
