I am having the same problem in importing 1099 B. The form was first posted at my brokerage online account yesterday. More than a few times yesterday I tried to import to Turbotax and got this message from online brokerage account:
No 1099 tax forms are available for this account. If you continue to experience problems, please contact - [Brokerage phone number]
I called the brokerage account and they said they had no idea why it wouldn't work for me.
I then asked to be called by a TT representative. She couldn't help me either, after trying for about 20 minutes.
This has always worked for me in the past. My "gut" feeling is that TurboTax hasn't taken the necessary steps to make this happen. It's very frustrating!
