Feb 19, 2020: I still have this problem on my Mac as well (Feb 17 through ??). Steps that didn't help: checked for updates, opt-loaded updates ("Up to date"), uninstalled and reinstalled according to Intuit's directions, got on the phone with Intuit Support (no new suggestions), tried and retried repeatedly.
