My actor husband passed away 10/2018. I got some W-2’s from his residuals with his SSN, not my SSN. It’s not like I can file a final tax return, because I will continue to get them.
I figured out where to put all the 1099-Rs (under less common income) with all your help, but what do I do with these?? I suddenly got errors saying the SSN’s don’t match on these W-2’s. I would really appreciate any help!
Should I change the employee W-4 profile for next year over to 1099-Rs??
