Yes, I followed all other troubleshooting steps. I made sure Java & windows are up to date, cleared Java cache, deleted all prior turbotax software, restarted, then downloaded again, still doesn't work. I tried from CD and software download from online following each step. Still get same error.
Google Chrome, the latest version is already being used unless the icon is color coded and gives the update option. I cleared history and cache anyway, just to be sure.
I also forced 2019 turbotax software update, that didn't solve it either.
What I did notice is neither the CD or online download ask for the license code when installing. It's installing the software without it.
