How do I make the TurboTax program recognize that as a military member, I am an Ohio resident with a mailing address outside of the state?

I have already validated that both state residency and "My Info" are correct. This is the first time, filing my 2019 taxes that it incorrectly indicates I'm not an Ohio resident based on my out-of-state mailing address.
