"You can always print and mail your state return for no charge." is not an accurate statement.
In 2009, Nebraska enacted an e-file mandate; although it may be possible to print and file a tax return, it requires additional forms and work to figure out without help from TurboTax.
In the end, this reminds me why I used other software in previous years. Even though I paid for the state return, it is underhanded to have this hidden fee.
