Did not receive CD

I was billed in November for my annual renewal of Turbo Tax Advantage with the option to have the CD mailed to me. I have just discovered that I never received the CD. When I get online to try to download the program, it requires the activation code which I don't have since I did not receive the CD.

 

Can Turbo tax make the program available to me to download since I did not receive the CD?
