The new person told me since I signed up with an Insurance Agent to just call them and they would give me it me. So, I did. That's the benefit of using an insurance agent to shop your health insurance for you. You get personalized service and don't have to deal that the Employee that knows nothing and gives you the run around and wastes your time.
