If you are asking about your Federal refund, your refund amount is based on all the information you have entered. It can's be changed unless you enter more information.
If you are talking about Form 1099-G with a state refund, follow these steps.

Using the search feature in the upper right, search for 1099-G or 1099-g (be sure to use the dash) and then select the "jump to" link in the search results.
