I got an updated message today saying I should have my refund by the 25th. The notice also stated I had an outstanding balance with another agency (which I don’t— at least not that I’m aware of). WMR said they would use a portion of my refund to offset the outstanding balance.
I think WMR updates daily even on weekends and holidays since it’s mostly automated. I know I’ve gotten updates on Sundays in the past.
