What is the rejection code and rejection message you received?

Form 8862 must be present in the return with Earned Income Credit Claimed Indicator checked. The e-File database indicates the taxpayer must file form 8862 to claim Earned Income Credit after Credit disallowance.

Enter 8862 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to 8862
