It is 2/2/20 and this form is not yet available to file. I have paid for TurboTax and IRS is holding onto my returns. I would like to file today or I will no longer use TurboTax if these forms aren’t available to use when taxes are filed. I want an answer today when I can officially file to get my tax returns ASAP.
