Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To enter your CA Use Tax, please follow these steps:

1. Click on State from the menu on the left-hand side and then Continue
2. Click Continue next to California and then click Edit next to Credits and Taxes
3. Click Start or Revisit next to California Use Tax and then click Yes
4. In the section "About Your Untaxed Out-Of-State Purchases" click on "No, I may owe California a little sales tax"
5. Answer Yes or No to "Were any of your individual purchases for $1,000 or more?" and then click Continue
6. In the section "Choose How to Calculate Use Tax" select "Enter purchases separately" if you only have 1 or 2 purchases OR if you made a lot of purchases select "Estimate"
7. Click Continue and enter your purchase(s) and Your County and Tax Rate and click Continue
