No, you do not need to report anything additional on your tax return for qualified transportation benefits.  Anything that needs to be reported is already on your W-2.

 

If your employer uses the option to reimburse you instead of paying the expenses directly, you are required to substantiate to your employer that you used the money for qualified transportation.

 

Also, note that this is technically not an "FSA" in the IRS sense.  A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) can only be used for medical expenses.
