I am not sure where in TurboTax it is asking for an FEIN number for your 1099-INT. Would you kindly advise where in the program you are entering the 1099-INT. Thank you.
There is not a special section for Foreign Interest. Instead, report as you would other interest as if you received a 1099-INT. To do so, while logged in and in your return:

Type Interest into Search

Click on "Jump to"

Click on "I'll Type it in Myself"

Fill out the appropriate boxes. You can click on the box that your form has info in more than just box 1

You can enter the foreign tax paid on your interest (if any)
