To enter form 1099-S for the sale of Land ;
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Go to wages and Income.
- Scroll down to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other and click Edit.
- Answer No to the question "Did or will you receive a 1099-B form or brokerage statement for these sales?" and continue.
- On the screen Now we’ll walk you through entering your sale details Choose Land for the drop down menu for "What type of investment did you sell"
