You might want to review make sure your dependent questions are correct in TurboTax. Follow these steps:
- While in your Tax Home,
- Select Personal Info,
- Select Continue,
- Select Edit next to your name,
- Question 3 will ask if someone else can claim you as a dependent on their tax return,
- Select Yes,
- You will also want to make sure that under Personal Info that you are only listed once and you have no other dependents listed.
