Because, if I didn't know any better, I'd say they were actually trying to drive me away with the amount of emails they're sending.
I got an email before I was able to get my W2 information telling me my W2 information was available. (But since I hadn't received the form yet myself, I couldn't verify and login... so it was a waste).
Now that it's in and I started my taxes, I'm getting frequent reminders telling me how to sign in and finish them, that everything is ready, and it will be easy to finish.
Problem? Not all my financial info is available yet... as can be witnessed by me leaving at the page that asks about these forms, that shows me what I had last year, where I had previously told it I had no changes, so it has enough information to know that it CAN'T finish yet.
I know the marketing department likely doesn't have that sort of detail.... but having used the product for more than 2 decades so far, the sheer annoyance this is creating for me has driven me to look at other products for the first time.
Dear god, don't keep harassing me to finish my taxes when I would LOVE to do so but can't. rRrrg
