I am also trying to restart mine. I need to mail my return in due to the IPPin. I selected the refund advance option, and when I spoke with a cpa, she told me that I could not select to mail mine in, because I can’t take off the refund advance. I really only like turbo tax, and would hate to file with another company because I’m unable to restart and mail them in.
