No, you would not indicate the W2 as Paid Family Leave unless you received the money for Paid Family Leave- the amount you see on the paycheck stubs is usually the premiums paid for the insurance to pay the Family Leave (it should also be included in Box 14 of the W2 for the year.)  If you receive Paid Family Leave, most states will exclude the income so you may not see it until you get to the state section of TurboTax.
