"Line 20 calculates any overpaid amount, subtracting line 16 from line 19. If there is no overpayment, the area will remain blank."
I am assuming you are seeing $9.00 in Turbo's Fed return calculations in the box at the top, and see nothing on Line 20 of 1040?
