Need assistance via email regarding payment for filing with Turbo Tax

I got the "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again" error when filling, and nothing in the link to the troubleshooting page I found (https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4194663) seemed to work. I am living abroad and do not have an international calling plan to call customer support with. I need this to be resolved via email as a result. Thanks in advance.
